Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
To strengthen our culture of inclusion in 2024, we expand the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to create an intranet portal, named “Mexus” for employees to connect, share stories as well as work towards breaking down barriers. ERG categories include women in technology, employees with disabilities, etc. These groups have become integral in driving the DEI strategies while providing a sense of belonging within the organization.

We have enriched our community engagement guidelines through partnership with local educational institutions as a support mechanism for mentoring, internship placements, and exposure to training opportunities. Our involvement also includes launching a virtual internship through the MLVIT (Melonleaf Virtual Internship Training program). We specifically focus on students, making sure they get access to the resources and opportunities to essentially build future careers in technology.
