The integration was accomplished using Queueable Apex in Salesforce. This allowed the chatbot to send messages to the Telegram group by making API callouts to the Telegram server with the access token and endpoint URL.
Access Token and Chat ID Configuration
The chatbot was configured with an access token, allowing it to interact with the Telegram API. The chat ID of the group was obtained to facilitate message delivery.
Real-Time Messaging
The integration facilitated the sending of real-time messages and notifications to the Telegram group based on shipment updates, delivery statuses, and inquiries logged in Salesforce, enhancing operational efficiency.
