Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Administrator to join our team. He will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office, and providing support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and appointments.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring everything is in good working order.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including receiving and directing visitors.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, such as meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and payroll.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in an office administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
