Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled MERN/MEAN Stack Lead to join our team and drive the development of scalable web applications. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers, designing robust architectures, and ensuring seamless deployment with basic DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of developers in building high-quality, scalable applications using MERN/MEAN stack.

Full-Stack Development
Architect, design, and implement robust front-end and back-end solutions. Code Quality & Best Practices: Enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability.

Database Management
Work with MongoDB and optimize queries for performance and efficiency.

DevOps & Deployment
Implement CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ensure smooth releases.

Collaboration
Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align development with business goals.

Problem-Solving
Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and introduce innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in: Frontend: React.js/Angular Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: MongoDB (or similar NoSQL databases)
• Experience in RESTful API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Basic understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP). *Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and project management tools (JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred.
• Knowledge of serverless architecture and infrastructure automation.
