Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Senior Business Development Executive (2-4 Years). We are seeking a motivated and result-driven candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth and expansion of our company. Your primary responsibility will be identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to attract and acquire clients, and contributing to achieving the organization's sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights. Gather and analyze data to understand customer needs and preferences, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and online platforms. Build and maintain a database of leads for follow-up and conversion.
  • Client Acquisition: Present the company's products/services to potential clients in a persuasive manner, highlighting their unique selling points and benefits. Work towards converting leads into loyal customers through effective sales techniques.
  • Relationship Building:Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to enhance customer loyalty and maximize business opportunities. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop innovative strategies for lead conversion and revenue generation. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to improve overall sales performance.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to the management for performance evaluation.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with prospective clients.
  • Achieving Targets:Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets while adhering to the company's sales policies and ethical practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and company growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in IT sales or related field.
  • International Sales Experience is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Quick learner with a strong aptitude for understanding products/services.
  • Knowledge of Growth and Business Development Strategies, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and other sales-related software.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
