is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Talent Acquisition Fresher.

Job Responsibilities


  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
  • Post job openings on various job boards and company career pages.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, such as LinkedIn posts and career fairs.
  • Support other HR activities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA is add-on)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and handle recruitment tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
