Traditionally, mobile applications have served as the primary means of accessing private jet booking, client interaction, and loyalty activities for the brand. However, the old application would never live up to the sophistication expected by its patrons. We re-architected the platform with a modern perspective in mind and included newer design practices and technological frameworks that would deliver to the user a high-performing app that looks sleek and feels intuitive.
The enhancement of user journeys was our key focus, from simplified flight searches and real-time aircraft availability to push notifications and digital concierge support. Built around responsiveness and personalization, the app boasts a state-of-the-art fusion of performance, aesthetics, and special features specifically designed for elite flyers. Available across iOS and Android, the new mobile app has now become a benchmark in luxury aviation technology.





Lower Ratings and an Outdated Interface
The app’s older version had an outdated UI/UX design, frequent instances of lag, and confusing navigation. The issues gave rise to a considerable number of bad reviews and low ratings in various app stores, which hurt the perception of the brand as a value-priced service. The new setup, combining a modern front end based on Angular.js and smoothing this out with gesture navigation, afforded the users a fast, intuitive, and attractive experience in line with the client’s luxury ethos.





Disconnected Engagement and Booking Flow
The former application did not have real-time engagement and intelligent booking workflows. Customers could not decide their preferences or get flight offers tailored to customers, which would reduce engagement and conversion. Through the introduction of push notifications, intelligent booking logic, and personalized dashboards, the app turned into a smart companion offering relevant real-time updates and booking options, hence driving more repeat bookings and retention.










Advanced Booking Engine
We implemented a full-fledged booking engine able to cater to dynamic availability with flight customization and payment flexibility. Users can now book their flights seamlessly with options to specify cabin type, in-flight meals, and departure window through a single interface of choice.
Real-time Notifications
Push notifications were allowed to be sent for flight status, confirmation, last-minute variations, and loyalty offers. These notifications are timely concerning each user’s preference, thus ensuring a superior and personalized experience for the customer, akin to a concierge-high-touch approach.


Luxury-aligned UI/UX Design
