The app is a virtual personal trainer that utilizes AI and VR. In this app, you can input your training goals, which will then create customized plans out of the AI-analyzed data. In a VR environment or on your AR-compatible phone, which serves as the screen to a virtual studio, the user is taken through guided workouts. Also, there is real-time motion tracking for corrective feedback on form and reports on performance, which gives a feel of having a live trainer present. Moreover, users can access gamified challenges, voice feedback, and progress dashboards, which we have designed to make the fitness journey fun.
The application we put out is based on a modular architecture, which enabled us to scale smoothly and to also see real-time data sync across platforms. We put our team’s focus on reducing latency for AR/VR content, for which we used AI for analyzing past performance, biometric input, and user preferences to adjust routines.
