Job Description:

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Salesforce Developer Trainee. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced Salesforce developers to learn and develop your skills in Salesforce development. You will be involved in various aspects of Salesforce projects, including customization, configuration, and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements
• Assist in customizing and configuring Salesforce to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce
• Participate in testing and debugging of Salesforce solutions
• Learn and apply best practices in Salesforce development
• Provide support and assistance to senior developers as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer)
• Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce)
• Familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning framework
