Job Description:  

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Melonleaf Consulting. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent to meet our organizational needs and drive our company's growth.  


  • Having expertise in salesforce and full-stack technology resources. 
  • Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. 
  • Job Posting and Advertising: Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.  
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, such as direct sourcing, networking, and referrals, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.  
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with job requirements and cultural fit.  
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.  
  • Offer Management: Prepare and extend employment offers, negotiate terms and conditions, and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates. 
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide regular reports on recruitment activities. 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment. 
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions across different departments and levels.  
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.  
  • Proficiency in using HR software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
