Role Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Technology Practice Head with 8+ years of experience to lead and manage our technology practice. The successful candidate will oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices. This role demands expertise in ERP systems and ETL processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic design and implementation of scalable, high-performance technology solutions, including ERP systems, ETL processes, and integration platforms.
• Define and oversee the technical architecture for technology implementations, encompassing data models, integrations, security, and other technical components.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technology trends to continually enhance our technology solutions.
• Direct the configuration, customization, and integration of ERP systems, ETL processes, and integration solutions.
• Ensure the quality and maintainability of technology solutions through rigorous code reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and release notes.
• Provide expert training and support to end-users and team members on technology functionality and best practices.
• Attending calls with clients to gather requirements and improve and enhance client experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems, ETL tools, and integration platforms.
• 8+ years of experience in technology development and architecture, with a focus on ERP systems, ETL processes, and integration tools.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP platforms, ETL tools, and integration technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems and integration tools, such as SAP, Oracle ERP, MuleSoft.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Comfortable in attending meetings with International Clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
